Do you know if they used a brand new fuse box from Ford ? ( It would have the same part number as the one they took out...). Or one out of junkyard that "looks like it'll work" ?
Because the fuse box is very specific to the year and build date of the Expedition. They may "look like it'll work" but the circuit board and programming is unique to each vehicle, right down to the month of manufacture. When things don't work after an install, that worked fine before, that suggests they just pulled one out of a junkyard, that looked like yours but was a different year, or model built. Month of manufacture, and whether or not your Expy has Heated Drivers Seat option are the deciding factors in the correct part number selection. Don't go for one out of a junkyard. The new production fuse boxes also have updated heavier duty fuel pump relay installed, so you won't have this problem anymore.

I'm not giving up yet! The shop said they replaced my fuse box and ECM. I went and got the expedition back yesterday since they said the traction control light was a fluke and is not really malfunctioning. It drives great. I had to drive my son somewhere tonight, and when I hit my right blinker, all lights, including headlights, shut off and turned back on when the blinker stopped blinking. It only happens when right blinker is used. Once we stopped my son pressed the door lock button, and the right blinker turned on. I am so confused, but obviously they crossed some wires somewhere. I'll let yall know what they say this time.

5 weeks? You need to find a new shop. Or get the Mx manuals and become a “specialist” yourself. That’s what I had to do. Good luck.
