OK so I've been reading around this forum and a bunch a bunch of others with no luck. So the truck sat for a few months and when we went to start it, dead battery. No problem put a new battery in it and all it does is crank. Left it for a few days and started right up, drove it around, drove fine. Left in it later that same night and when we went back to start it started barley and idled real low and rough. Giving it gas did nothing and then back to no start. Messed around with it and the #9 fuse was blown. Put in a new fuse and fired right up. OK so now days later right back to the same problem. This time the fuse is fine. I switched around the relays to test them and then seen about the one on the back. I tested the dark green/yellow wire and it's getting less than 1v with the battery on. I used a jumper and still no start. Don't want to start throwing money at it like a pump or anything just yet. Anyone have any advice.

Hook up 12v directly to the fuel pump. If it runs, then the problem may be in the wiring leading to it.
