I just bought a black King Ranch. I love everything about it except the stereo. The sub in back sucks and the head unit cuts out the bass when you turn the stereo up. I want to upgrade the sub, but I don't want to pay all that money and have the head unit cut out the bass when turned up. I would imagine there is something I can disable (or change) in the head unit. Or maybe I could install an older Expedition head unit. I don't want to use an aftermarket radio b/c I want to use the steering wheel controls. Any advice?
