Just curious, when you turn the key to ON, does the mileage "light up" like normal?
So it cranks, but doesn't start. You don't hear the injectors priming up when you pop the hood, and turn the key to ON, right? Everything else works, right? High beams, low beams, interior lights, power mirrors, stop lights, etc. With the parking brake on, foot on the brake, and key in ON position, can you shift into other gears (just to check if shift interlock works).
With a multimeter, check voltage between fuse 34 and ground. Is it around 12V?
Also, have you made sure to reset the fuel inertia shut off switch (should be in the back, by the tail gate, behind a little door in the trim.)
Here are some wiring diagrams.
Assuming the PCM relay energizes, fuses 32, 33, and 34 should get power. Fuse 34 then leads to give power to the fuel pump, assuming the fuel pump relay is energized.
I'm still confused how, or where the power windows, radio, and moon roof (all under the acc. delayed relay) play in to all this. Could very well be 2 separate issues.
