I have the Tv's mounted to the headrest, just wondering if I can run a game console like an Xbox using the socket in the rear or will I pop a fuse? 2015 Expedition.

All circuits are rated by how many amps they can handle safely and protected with a fuse according to the amp draw. You need to know how many total amps will be drawn on the circuit that you will connect to. Your owner's manual should show what size fuse protects the socket.

I elected not to use the 115V plug in mine and hardwired a pure sine wave inverter into the console. I would highly advise using a pure unit versus the modified factory unit or a lower end plug in.

I will snap some photos but I installed the navigator console (you can find them like new on ebay for <160 bucks shipped) then ran a power wire directly from the battery to the console and installed a power block that distributes to the inverter and two small cooling fans I mounted in the sides of the console to keep the inverter and Xbox cool.
