13 expedition won’t come out of park, and no tail lights

I have 2013 Ford Expedtion with 50k miles
It won’t shift out of park, no brake lights either. I have changed the brake switch under dash on brake pedal. Checked fuses not sure if brake switch and brake lights run off fuse or relay

Would get more response on the third generation page of this forum as this may be an issue that other users have experienced before.
