Hey y'all! As the description says, I have a '16 Platinum, and am having issues with my center console controls. The Sync screen works fine & I can cycle radio stations, source, etc fine on the screen. Volume controls on steering wheel working fine. However, none of the climate controls work on Sync screen, none of the manual climate controls work, and none of the radio manual controls work. Heated/cooled seats, power, tune... all dead. Checked alll fuses I could find relating to the hvac & radio system - all seem to be ok. Has anyone experienced this and/or have any suggestions as to what my issue may be? Thanks!

Have you tried pulling the battery and jumping the terminals to drain the capacitors or leave it disconnected over night?

Another thing you can check using FORscan…have any of the modules codes changed?

Or is there any reason to think something got disconnected behind the dash? Any work been done recently around that area that may have caused something to disconnect?

Hey guys, thanks for the responses! I apologize I got busy & forgot to follow up on here. There were no codes using both FORscan & OBDLink. I took everything apart & when I disconnected the radio control panel, after a minute or so, the defroster came on. Reconnected/disconnected a few times with the result being the same - deforster on when disconnected, off when connected. Ordered a used radio control panel off ebay (Part#FL1T-18A802-EHSMQK) & all is back to normal!1783748937285.png
