Go to the top level category you wish to post in (i.e.: 1st Gen - 1997 - 2002), and in the upper left corner there is a button "New Thread".

Where is the category level at

Upper left corner of the screen. It is hard to see because it is dark blue on a black background. Right now we are ion in the 1st Gen - 1997 - 2002 level. You can see the breadcrumb trail on top.

It will look like this:

Ford Expedition Forum > Ford Expedition Forum > 1st Gen - 1997 - 2002

You can select any of the levels by clicking on the words between the ">"
