19 Platinum remote start not working

Anyone else have an issue where the remote start doesn't work and the fob gives you one red flash? Neither fob works, remote start is on in the cluster menu, nothing else obviously wrong.

I get that single red flash when I've exceeded 2 remote starts since last in-car start.
(stupid restriction that I've complained about to Ford).

Low truck battery? Check your app. I got notified the other day that my truck was going into deep sleep mode and remote start wouldn't work anymore. Looks like it's time for a new battery for me, possibly for you as well.

Follow-up on an old thread:

Start the car while sitting in it with the remote. Hold the 2X button for ten seconds while the car is running.

It may work now.
