My problem is the shift solinoid in the vale body of a 4r100.. I have the pan down and found out were the solinoids are i think. But i cant figure out how to take them out i have all the bolts out and the plastic cover is off i can shake it back and forth but some thing is holding it in has enybody ever ran into this problem need help i dont want to pry on the valebody to free it seems like some kind of plug is holding it in. It is squar and has solder terminals. I need help
