1999 Expedition List of Little Things... Help?

Ok so I have a 1999 Ford Expedition with about 128xxx on it.

Heres my petty list of little problems.

The Emergency Brake light isn't working, I tried spraying the plunger with WD-40 with no luck. I think its a new sensor I'm looking for, but if someone knows whats wrong, that would help too.

I also need to fix the emergency brake in general. Since the light won't work, my father burnt the emergency brake out, it will not work. If anyone knows how to fix that, that would be cool.

I need new rocker panels, rust has taken them, I am assuming that they are 6 inch by 60 inch.

I think my engine is also burning oil, my dad thinks he can smell it as I drive near him, has anyone had this problem? I have always used high milage ever since I hit about 70xxx miles, looking at that on Friday.

I hope someone can help me with these - any information could help me.

the light idk. my light likes to go one or not go on. i just have to look and see if its down or up. as for the ebrake it self. in the back theres disk brakes. in the rotors theres drums. the drums are the ebrake. they are pads. mine were shot not to long ago so you can buy new ones. then you can adjust the cable. idk how but i need to adjust mine. and mine burns oil too. a little. idk how to fix that. i just keep an eye on the level and fill it a little bit between changes.
