So the horn just stopped working at all. When I press the horn, you can hear a clicking sound by the radio. Almost sounds like a relay kicking in. I checked the fuse for the horn and its good. Could I just possibly need to replace the horn itself under the hood? If so, where is it located because I can't seem to find it.

Behind bumper passenger side.

You should be able to see it from the wheel well looking up behind the bumper.

Likely horn or connection itself. Subject to corrosion due to location.

Check for +12v at the connection to the horn while a helper "blows" the horn. If you don't have any then you need to check the fuse for that circuit, horn switch and sliding contacts.

Thank you everyone for the help. I found the location of the horn thanks to you guys. It ended up being the connection, the wire was cut. I'm guessing because of the location of the horn. I ended up replacing it with a louder horn also and I mounted it in a different location.ended up extending the wires and running them behind the grill. Thank you again for all the help
