Horn not working 01

Good afternoon expedition family, I recently decided to add a 1stGen Lincoln Navigator steering wheel to my expedition. What was supposed to be a straight forward steering wheel swap has resulted in me no longer having a horn. the horn does not sound through the key fob nor manually pushing the center of the steering wheel, when i push the horn all i hear is clicking. I checked the fuse and it is still good, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I had to replace my horns a couple of months ago. Same symptoms. Simple plug and play replacement. Got them on Amazon for about $30.
