2 Issues - Need Help. A/C and Fuel Cap...

We have an 03 Expy and noticed on a long trip this weekend that the front A/C would nearly stop blowing air. The little it was blowing was cold. The rear air would work fine. Seems like everything is OK for an hour then it nearly stalls until we stop and turn the truck off for a bit. After re-starting and driving it is fine for another hour or so... Again, only the front a/c is doing this...

2nd part: Check Fuel Cap along with a service engine light... I assume they are related as they come back together... I checked the cap, reset the computer and they come back on the next day...

Any tips or advice appreciated...

on the a/c sounds like you could have a blend door issue or blower motor going bad. do you the EATC?... The gas cap light means you have a large leak in the emissions evap system replace the fuel cap and see if that fixes it. if not you will more than likly be taking to a good emissions shop
