2000 EB, no sound from DVD

We bought a 00 EB from a dealer, came with tv/dvd player and we can't get sound. A friend said it should have come with wireless headphones but it didn't.
Is the only way we can get to hear the dvd with wireless headphones??
And if so and the dealer doesn't have them, what do we do to replace?

If its set up for wireless headphones only, then you just need a set of wireless headphones. THey usually have two channels for clarity. I believe any brand will work

If you want, you can hear it through the radio instead. I have an 02 but with a vhs player only. i believe they have a factory fm modulator already built in. my manual says to tune the radio to 88.7 or 89.1 depending on clarity. If the monitor has a built in frequency switch, you can tune your radio in the order of the frequency switch. Ex: tune to 88.7 for frequency 1 and 89.1 for frequency 2. hope this helps
