2000 expedition heater problem

On setting 1:2 and 3 no air gets blown on 4 high it blows but barelymanynhot air any one familiar with this? And my ac doesn't blow cold air either.

you should get a copy of the Ford Service Manual on DVD cost $20.00

blower motor resistors are in the blower motor housing not fuse panels

Would this cause hot air loss?

Most likely not the blower motor resistors are only for the blower speed

It worked $20 at the auto zone and 8 minutes the old was so rusty and partly gone due to the rust. It blows just warm air so I'm thinking a thermostat
