2000 Expedition Replacing front window regulator

I am replacing the front passenger side window regulator, and I'm curious if anyone know which bolts to use to replace the 6 rivets holding the old regulator? Everything I have seen says "bolts" but never specifies what kind.

1/4" stainless , 1/2" long, stainless washers, stainless Nylock nuts. Ace Hardware has 'em.

Those big rivets and tool are available on Amazon. It takes a hefty tool to install them. I bought them because my rear door actuators failed due to metal fatigue on the side of the shaft, below heads of the rivets.
