Passenger window stopped working

Hi everyone....

Have a 2011 Expy and the passenger window has been very slow going up. Yesterday came to a stop half way and we were able to slide it up while giving it some power.

Is this the regulator or motor do you think? I have replaced AC units on the car but nothing in the windows yet. Anyone else have the same situation and what was it?

also, there was a sound like there was a little grinding/crackling noise as it slowly went up.....

It definitely is the regulator. It's one whole unit. It isn't terribly hard to replace. There are videos on YT on how to do it.
