would anybody have info on changing my tranny fluid completely over to amsoil syn atf?

how many quarts? can i drain the bell housing? what is the best filter?

do a search on here for the complete fluid drain. I have seen a thread with instructions to disconnect one of the lines to completely empty the torque converter.
