2001 Fan control switch issues

My fan control switch works on low and high(nothing in between)
Any Ideas?Also, My odometer works sometimes,and sometimes not,What can be the causes of that one?

I'm guessing this is for the AC? It's probably the blower motor resistor.

As for the odometer, I believe there's a thread on here about it. It links to a how to on F150online. I think it's a bad solder joint, or something...
