not sure if you've chosen your tow mirror extension or not since this is over 5 months old, but I use Milenco Grand Auro's on my 2004. They fit nicely and are pretty stable. I'd buy them again, if I had to do it over. No where near as good as the integrated mirrors on my Dodge Ram i had previously but probably the best option available. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They install easy and come with a storage bag. Plus you can buy replacement parts if you lose or break pieces.
