2003 Expedition with mercedes looking mirrors?

Does anyone know where you can find mercedes looking blinker mirrors, with the LED blinker outside the mirrors. I have seen them on other cars and even on a previous bodystyle expedition but i cannot find them on the new expeditions.

The new 2003 and up Expeditions have them as an option. I believe they are standard on the Eddie Bauer and can be optional on XLT models.

Unless you are talking about some kind of aftermarket mirror that gives the Mercedes-Benz look.

The Lincoln Navigator has the same mirrors, but the blinkers are clear instead of amber in color.
