JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE , NO POWER STEERING AT ALL CANT TURN WHEEL ONE BIT ALL POWER STEERING LEAKS OUT I FILLED THE RESEVOIR WITH FLUID AND IN 4 HOURS IT GOES DRY

You've got to narrow down where its leaking from. You'll need an assistant to turn wheel, while under vehicle to observe if its a hose, or pump, or where ever its leaking. Should have done that when you refilled PS fluid.

Your video looks like a high pressure hose that's gone bad. Replace that hose, that's easy.
