2003 expy 4x4 3rd row seat back handle

just bought a '03 expedition. runs great everything "works"...door ajar light stays on even after wd40 and working the latches, drivers windows is a little slow on the up take, already replaced #1 cylinder coil. but everything else seems good. now onto my biggest issue (so my wife says) is this morning, trying to lay the 3rd row seats down and the pull handle broke where the cable comes out. i have been to auto parts places and looked online but i cant find a part number for that. i dont want to go to a dealer to buy a $15 dollar part for god knows how much. anybody have any ideas? p.s its the handle on the back of the 3rd row seats. left hand side sitting in drivers seat

mine has that intermittent door ajar light too. have you been to a salvage yard for the cable?

no i havent none are real close. i figured i would just order it off the internet. i dont need the cable just the plastic pull handle assy.

If you can't find the handle online I would check eBay then for the third row seat because new they are ridiculously priced.
