Been having this whine for a while 99% sure it's the transmission it gets real loud in drive, in park or neutral it's noticeable. Fades out while driving but while sitting in drive with brake applied is the worst same with reverse. I am expecting the worst there might be a loss of power due to slippage or something else I can only manage to get 360km to a tank does not like to tow anything. But I did get the truck like this have put almost 30k on it. Had the tranny fluid and t case changed 3 times also had the transmission clave body taken apart and cleaned.
