Just pull the cover off and look. My 03 as I recall had video in or maybe an out on the outside of the unit housing. Probably video in since you are asking this. If there is no way to do it the units are relatively inexpensive and for you easy to replace since one is already there. Where else would you be wanting to place another video? If you have factory nav, I think it will play a dvd. I was reading some units have an additional input on the head for a b'up camera.

Sadly I dont have Factory nav.. Just the 6 disc changer in the head unit... As for the rear dvd the rca jacks on the outside of the unit is Video and Audio in puts for like a external dvd player or gaming system... What I'm planning on doing is installing a custom monitor in the front center console... seening if theres a Video output source inside the unit itself...

I would not think there would be. Maybe a radio shop could install one but even that is remote. I don't think you are going to get away that easy or cheap. I believe that to accomplish the act of viewing videos in the front seat will require a different approach.
There is a website that shows a headrest video unit installed in the console. To what end I dunno. He had to of spent a couple thousand dollars. It would require you to look way down in the console cubby hole to see a video while driving which would be very dangerous instead of looking across the lower drivers horizon to see a dash mounted unit video.
Have you looked for a factory nav for an 03'? They have to be a lot cheaper by now.

03 Navigation Unit

There is at least one on Ebay today. It is pricey at $450. plus wiring, plus maps for an upgrade. I have seen them for less than $250. Auto dismantlers will sell them as well. If you want to stay oem.
At this point you can find a aftermarket unit for a little less and a whole lot more that would even have more current utilities on it.
