2003 seatbelt alarm

The dinging noise that goes off if you don't put on your seatbelt when you start driving drives me insane. I always wear my seatbelt when I go places, but if I'm just changing parking spots, I don't want to have to hear it if I choose not to put my seatbelt on. Does anyone know a way to make it not go off/ disable it?
