Hmm, encounter any freezing weather? Ran mine up to colorado a year ago, to come back to have no dluid coming out. Turns out it froze over, and ruined pump/hoses. Considering im in San Antonio not mych cold weather prevention is taken. just a thought.

None...I'm in Florida

Got the pump out yesterday and it's indeed DOA. Picking up new pump today and getting it all back together.

Just make sure your spray nozzles aren't clogged.

Automotive wax can cause that.

Yeah...I took the air hose and blew the lines with some low pressure air after removing them from the pump....all nozzles are free and clear.

went ahead and cleaned out the tank and its ready to put the new pump in...bolt tank back in the engine bay...hook up the nozzle lines and reconnect the wire harnesses....should be good to go! :Rock on:

Just a follow up...

got the new pump ($12 from AdvancedAuto) and installed it into the tank...mounted tank into engine bay and hooked up wires...filled tank and PRESTO!!

I now have washers again! It must have been bad for a long time because the water in the lines was BLACK...all clean and clear now!

Does anyone know the exact location of the RELAY (not a fuse, not for the wiper motor) for the windshield washer motor ?
