I traded a 2002 Mustang GT for a 2005 Expedition EB with 147K on it. Doing a few thing to get it back up to par I completed a complete engine overhaul which includes: New cam phasers, new oil pump, new timing chain with guides, new VCT Solenoids, new cam positioning sensors, new crank positioning sensor, new TPS, new plugs all around (didn't break any taking them out) and new Accel coil packs all around. Once I finished everything up I went for a test drive and all the noise I use to hear in the front end went away, ran and drove wonderful. The next day I went for a spin and after about a mile out it just died, no reason. I put it in park and tried to start it back up and it started twice but died again quickly after. I walked home and got the flatbed to get it. Once back at the house I can't get it to restart! I pulled every plug back out and checked the spark and both banks are firing. I also changed the fuel filter, while the filter was off I turned on the key to check to see if the pump was pumping and it was. It was pumping but I don't know how much pressure due to no test port. I talked to the dealer about my issue and all they said was bring it in to have the computer reflashed. To me that makes no sense. Has anyone else had this issue? I tried the reset on the inertia switch to no avail. I am out of things to check, any ideas?
