my 2005 EB will not vent fuel from the tank when i fill it. If i am at a pump, it will fill for many gallons, but not vent the air in the tank. this will then cause any fuel that is still left in the fuel hose going from the nozzle to the tank, to be shot back out, by the pressure created in the tank. I can fill it up without this problem, by fueling it super slow, or from a 5 Gallon container.
Called dealer and they dont sell the valves, and say i need a new tank. however the tanks are discontinued and so i cant by anything. does anyone know if these are available for replacement. I was planning on driving it until the fuel was almost gone and then drop the tank to swap them out.
Also, I get recurring Cylinder #5 misfires. have replaced the spark plug and the Coil but code comes back and engine runs rough at idle. any ideas?
thanks
