Has anyone tried the 3" leveling kit from Ready Lift? I was curious on how well it worked with the IRS. I also seen Rough Country has a 2" lift.
I would like to put 285's or 315's on. I haven't seen any expeditions with these lifts on (with the exception of the dealers picts).
I do tow some, so I'm not 100% set on installing 35"s but I would like some more ground clearance

Daystar spacers front and rear, with 35" tires. You WILL have to trim/pull back or remove inner fender liner.

Looks great!!!
How does the drivetrain feel? Any vibrations? I didn't know if there were any issues with the increased angles on the rear axles.

The only vibrations I get are from the tires, with 18" wheels and 35" tires I guess my shop just couldn't get them perfect. I have a little shimmy at about 65mph but as I said not due to the suspension.

The angles are the reason that 3" is the biggest spacer lift I've seen. Rize makes a 8" suspension lift but that costs about as much as another car.

What daystar lift did you get? I just ordered the 2" not the 3/2 leveling kit. Not sure the size of tire to order tho. The daystar site says only up to a 32" tire or 285/70/r17.

I have 315/70/17's on mine with a daystar. Minor trim the bottom of the bumper lip about 1/4 of an inch for an angle. Nothing needed on the plastic inners.

I just installed daystar 2 1/2. Now I have a knocking noise from the front. only when going over rough road or speed bumps. Any ideas?

I have the Daystar 2" leveling kit on mine and am running 285 Nitto's, no trimming needed. It gives it a nice even stance. I like it and it wasnt that difficult to install. It gives you 2" lieft in front and 1" in the rear. My Ex now sits even with my neighbors F250 with the kit and the tires.

Anytime you install any kind of suspension modification you should get the alignment redone by a professional, possibly someone who is familiar with lifted vehicles.

after re reading my post above, I see where I failed to make my point. Anybody encounter any problems with camber, caster, toe-in? any max one of these get maxxed out during aligment?
