2006 expedition losses power

I NEED HELP PLEASE

I have a 2006 expedition limited edition
About 2 weeks ago it starting losing power when I step on the throttle the engine would bogg down then when I floored it would clear up then it would lose power as soon as I would stop and accelerate again. Took it to the ford dealer they said spark plugs and COPS would take care of it they wanted 900.00 to do the work. so I took it home did it myself broke 5 of 8 plugs but got the job done replaced the coils as well all eight. Also tps replaced also removed and cleaned all injectors they all ohmed out at 13,5 ohms also changed out o2 sensors and pulled vct solenoid looked fine . only code was a bank 1 rich code I erased the number accidentally but I cut and replaced the passenger side catalytic after all that still dies when it takes off usually when it shifts into second gear does anyone have any solution ideas

Hello sorry i am no help new on here today , i am having a very similar problem with my 2003 expedition, i thought it may be spark plugs as my old f150 did the same and it was just spark plugs.. ford are extoritionate at pricing.. i took my truck to quicklane and didn`t pay that much.. but main ford service are high... wish i was brave enough to do it my self..can i ask what a COPS is..tia,

each spark plug has its own coil some go bad individually I changed them all on line they where 90.00 ford wanted 260.00
