Had a problem with the coils, but that is fixed!!!! Now I have a studder in the transmission. It will not shift into the higher gears. I have done some research and I see this is a common issue and the transmission fluid needs changed. What is the best way to change the fluid and filter and how do I make sure of the transmission type?

The '07 has the 6R75 transmission. The manual specifies 11 qts of Mercon SP ATF. You can check RockAuto, Tasca, etc. for the part number for the transmission filter. It will probably run about $15. If you simply drain it, you're not going to get much fluid out so you may want to consider flushing it or having someone flush it.
