This is my first post to this forum. I bought my 07 EB with 18K miles and the stock 255/70/18 Pirelli Scorpions were already showing wear. At 22K miles the tire pressure warning came on and I diagnosed a rotted and cracked valve stem base in the right rear which I replaced.
I searched this site and others for replacement tire recommendations and my first choice, General Grabber HTS seem to be back ordered everywhere. The Michelin LTXs don't receive good reviews for snow and other wet surfaces. The Firestone Destination A/Ts seem to get good reviews for snow and wet grass, etc.
I use my 07 for city/highway mostly and we do get snow and ice here in Northern VA and my special use is soft sand for surf fishing (air down to 20 psi). I would appreciate replacement tire recommendations.
