If they haven't been done then now is the time to do it. Ford rates those plugs at 100k, but the two sets I've pulled at 50k were toast.

Park aid is a reverse sensing aid that will beep at a faster/slower rate based on how far away you are away from something when backing up. It can only be shut off in when you put it in reverse and select it to the off position ,otherwise it's on.
