Can’t find anything on Google about this situation so hopefully somebody here can help…
I just got done installing a new A/C Evaporator, while attempting to reinstall the steering wheel/column, it slipped and the steering wheel rolled 180*, clicked, and locked. To begin with, my brother who is a mechanic for Toyota, specifically told me not to let this happen

My question is…while the steering column is still not installed, is there any way I can get it unlocked or what are my options. Any help would be appreciated.
