Folks,

I have 45 k on original front and rear brakes. Just recently noticed some pulsing when applying on highway so am ready to replace pads but can I resurface rotors, or should I just replace.

Strangely the front pads have a lot of material left, but the rears are down to approximate 20% which seems odd. Are the brakes rear biased on these trucks?

Any hiccups with basic c clamp standard driveway brake job?

Turned mine, no problems. Easy enough in the driveway, however you need a torx t40?(can't remember what size) for the calipers. I pulled the trigger a little early at 40k and noticed that I had +/- 50% left on both front and back. Put them back in the box and on the shelf for down the road.
