I decided on ditching the rear air and going with Arnotts rear conversion kit as it includes a module to eliminate the dash light for the air suspension.

I want to go ahead and replace the front struts as well and get this part over with. For the front should I stick with OEM ford struts or should I go with aftermarket? I'm not sure what kind of struts Arnott uses in the kit I'm getting for the rear but I'm a little uneasy at the current bounciness I have at the moment.

Any input appreciated.

Thanks.

I would go with Bilstein all around.
To my knowledge they don't make a Bilstein replacement for load leveling rear.

If your rear seems bouncy just check the struts. Sounds like the bags may be ok or it woukd be sitting on the ground and may just need new struts

I would do just that but I suspect one of the solenoids is going bad or a bag is leaky. If I don't drive the truck for a few days the rear is a few inches lower. I do like the air ride but I don't want to have a bigger headache to deal with in the future.

I was considering these for the front:
MOTORCRAFT ASH24738: Front; 4WD; w/ Standard Suspension; 131.0" Wheelbase
