2010 Limited; voice command is a little confused

Does anyone else have this issue? I've got a 2010 Limited with the factory touchscreen radio/nav/etc.

When I go to make a phone call while driving, I'll hit the VOICE button on the steering wheel and when it's ready, I'll say "Phone." About half the time, it sets the radio to SiriusXM channel 70. I don't know why...I don't think Sirius 70 is called anything close to a word that sounds like "phone." And lately I've been sure to articulate "phone" but yet it'll still set it to Sirius 70.

When I had my 2010 EL Limited, the voice command Phone features never worked great for me. I went though all of the setup procedures in the manual. there is a selection, where you can make your requests somewhat general inquiries, or very specific. Ex. Phone, call Wife, or Phone, call Tiffany cell. I had better success telling Siri to call Tiffany, or Diamond, or Sapphire, etc.
