My best guess, if the wife/ son/daughter is not using vehicle, and smacking a curb, or equivalent, is you may have a sub frame, or part bolts, like a control arm, or maybe the rack thats loose. I'd have to see your suspension, if they loaded your suspension on an alignment rack, and did the usual shakedown of components, they'd see any looseness. I'm sorry even with a slight bend somewhere in frame alignment, they would be able to correct with total 4 wheel alignment, that's why they do 4 wheel. No differential is perfectly positioned straight ahead. Unless I missed something, you didn't state any pulling, or driveability issue's . If wear is outside or inside of tire first 2 inches, that's a toe in/out issue. Larger wear patterns usually are camber. With that low mileage, worn parts are so unlikely. Tie rod ends/ball joints/control arm bushings, don't show considerable wear until at least 60 thousand plus miles. Report your findings, and yes please find another dealer, or shop, that specializes in suspension. One last thing you might want to talk to an experienced Ford body shop, and have them look it over, and check all specs there. It's possible it got damaged during original transport of vehicle, that's showing up now.
