2014 Expedition SYNC / User Device Issue

2014 Ford Expedition Limited SYNC w/ Navigation
Randomly, it would seem all SYNC functions are completely not working and missing from the touch screen interface.
The "User Device" Menu selection is completely gone from Media - Phone Call Bluetooth functions seem to still be working fine.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried to use these functions with the vehicle started, stationary and in park?
