I've had a bit of a problem ordering all of the parts needed to install the load leveling struts.
I have found no aftermarket load leveling struts only motorcraft ones.
Ford quoted me $2500 cad for all the parts needed but I was able to find all of the parts online for around $1200 with taxes, duty, and shipping. Thought I would share the parts list I came up with and the sites I ordered from.

This is still fairly pricey but I have not found any other solution that will assist with load leveling.
I believe these parts are easier to purchase in the USA but I found it difficult to find ford parts online in Canada.
