2016 Rear Lift Gate Adjustment?

I have started to get a squeak from the back of the my 2016 King Ranch 4x4. I can reproduce it by pushing on the outside of the lift gate when it is closed. There is some play in there. Is there a way to tighten the fit of the rear gate?

I had a similar/same squek. Silicone grease from the spray can on the hinges up top and haven't heard a peep since!

No, this is definitely coming from the bottom of the lift gate. I can push against the gate at the bottom and reproduce the sound. So, original question: Is there a way to adjust the fit?
