Do all of the el limiteds come with the heavy duty tow package (3.73 lsd, 4/7 pin , aux transmission cooler, etc)

Yes HD tow was only elective on XLT trim in 2017

MY EL Limited is a 4x2, so it only has 3.31 gears. The 4x4 Limiteds have 3.73 gears. No issues while towing here. Power isn't really a problem with these engines.

I believe that all 2017 Expedition EL had the 3.73 gears, regardless of 4x4, 4x2, or trim...

Fords build spec sheets are A LOT of times wrong.

Trust the guy when he tells you what he has in his truck especially if he confirms with an axle code.

It’s like the people that called me a liar when I said our 2015 Max(EL) Limited had LS. It was originally purchased in Canada where it was an option. So it had LS. I confirmed as did the dealer with the axle code. I was going to have a shop put an aftermarket in until they saw what they thought was the code for LS.

Sometimes there are deviations from what Ford says.

I have a 2017 Limited 4x2 and it also has 3.31 gears. Performs great !! However I would not have been disappointed if it come equipped with 3.73 gears.

I think the 3.7's start out in second gear.
