2018 XLT hatch opening on its own

The rear hatch has been opening randomly on its own. Happens when engine is off. Happens after one or more side doors has been opened and closed. Whacked me on the forehead last night. Dealer has not heard of this. Anyone else experienced this?

We recently started experiencing the exact opposite of your issue... every once in a while the liftgate will start to close on it's own. It has smacked me in the head a couple of times, need to schedule an appointment to take the EXPY in for the recall anyways.
