Did yours have the MCS delete? I’m curious because I believe the cut off previously communicated was 12/15.Hi all, new here to the forum. I've done a LOT of research on the Expedition over the past 6 months. Watched, it seems, hundreds of videos.
Ordered a 2023 Platinum Max in early September, it went into produciton on October 11th and then after waiting for over a month, it finally shipped on 12/13. I don't think it really shipped that day, a couple days after that probably. It is slated to arrive at my dealer on 12/22 to 12/28.
A useful thing I found on one of the forums is a way to track the train after it shipped. The dealers use CSX tracking. It is important to note that if you get a live person or transferred to a live person, hang up. I guess the public isn't supposed to use this system. You can create yourself a speed dial using a specific number and comma (inserted pause) sequence.
This is directly from his post:
For my rail car TTGX991571 the speed dial looks like this.
(800) 235-2352,,1,,81814192,,,991571,,,##
T would be 81 as the T is the first letter on the 8 key. so TTGX is dialed as 81814192 991571 is the number portion of the rail car info.
It worked for me. My number is TTGX978154, to get that into a speed dial I used the following:
8002352352,,1,,81814192,,,,978154,,,##
The commas are 2 second pauses which can be inserted into the number using the phone menu. The number of commas is important.
I hope this helps some people here. I'll be back!
Thanks for this info. Just ordered through Granger for jsut shy of 7% under MSRP....almost $6,000 offWhen I ordered my 22 earlier this year (January) both Granger Ford (Granger, IA) and Chapman (Horsham, PA) were offering under invoice pricing on retail orders. Notice I said under invoice not MSRP. I went with Chapman and everything was good. I don't know if they are still doing that or not.

I am still waiting on the Bronco, but in the meantime Granger gave me around $6,000-$7,000 below MSRP on the Expedition. They are a great group over there.
