Stick with one of the suggested Forscan models, if that's what you are purchasing it for, because Forscan is finicky.It doesn't look like the Innova will do key fob coding. It is bidirectional but looks kind if limited.

Are you looking for just a reader or programmer? I might be wrong but I don't think the Harbor Freight one can program and add disabled features. If you are looking for a reliable reader, Amazon is full of dongles that use an app for reading and interpreting codes.Or the ones harbor freight sell? They say obd2 but working with for scan is my worry
