I picked up a certified 2023 max limited the other day. Either I didn’t notice when I picked it up or it went out just after but one of my headlight’s daytime running lamp isn’t working. I assume this is an LED but is it user replaceable or do you know if this is something that would be covered under warranty? First dealer I called wanted me to leave it with them for at least two days so they could diagnose it.

You should read the warranty / service plan documents that came with the vehicle purchase to determine if the lamp assembly is a covered component.

Like I said, a few measurements and some jumper cables is all you need to figure out what’s going on.
Maybe buy a single VIN license from Alldata for your truck, download everything on a computer and then take your time for a diag, or take Forscan and program to use a different set of lights.
