O nice hope you get it by weeks end. Someone on the navigator forum was informed that their order came in and will be ready for pick up tomorrow. Weird though. I've been able to find some navigators actually in stock but no expys. Even the tc customs ford alabama mentioned prior has no mention of an 25 expy on their site or on youtube.

If these tariffs happen, I wonder what date the auto manufacture's will use to apply the increase.

i've been trying to warm up to this for a while, but these aesthetic changes are a hard no for me.

understanding that designs do need to evolve... this is just totally uncomfortable to even look at, and IMO it's just a bad evolutionary step for ford.

the steering wheel is definitely awkward to me - way too small and out of round is just dumb for this vehicle. it's not a corvette.... it's a truck.

the screen is equally awkward.... looks like it could slightly encroach on the windshield view (unless you're 6'8"), but you can bet that you'll have a clear view of that dumb dashboard. The previous gen escalade screen design crushed this, no comparison... it looked well planned and had a natural integration, but still it kept your eyes focused towards the road...

perhaps the worst parts of the functional changes are the mandatory split tailgate (lower back crusher if you load heavy gear), lack of ANY physical buttons for HVAC when there is an abundance of unused space ... and even more lame is the new shift dial position.... it is now so far forward that it would be incredibly awkward to lean and reach for it when repeatedly shifting forward / reverse in any parking situations, unlike the gen4 dial that can be so easily and casually accessed without even lifting your elbow from the armrest.

call me a debbie downer, fine... but when i upgrade, it will be to a 24.

My Platinum Max with the Ultimate package has been built since the second week in February. Just can't seem to get it shipped!

Drove one today. Smaller odd shaped wheel is no big deal. You forget about it in no time. We will probably buy the black SPP close to us.

I tried to build one on the website, an it looks like I can’t get the 9000 pound towing capacity on a RWD model. No HD tow or LSD either. Am I missing it somewhere? I may have to look at the Armada as a replacement for my 2019 Limited to get one equipped like I want it. I really don’t want the added cost and complexity of a 4WD model.

Unfortunately ford did away with rwd this year. You can only get this truck in 4wd in all locations. I myself would rather have rwd as well as all my prior suvs were rwd and performed great in the snow or rain.

I just looked at the “build” on the Ford sight. The Tremor, King Ranch, and Platinum trim levels are standard with 4WD. The Active trim 4WD is optional. Platinum is standard with HD tow package. I did not look at the other trim levels.

M3bs appears correct. I did a build on an Active level with 2WD and when I added HD Tow package it changed it to 4WD.

Is the only difference between the 24 and 48 in screen is some animation and the fact that you can put 4 widgets up top in the navigator?
