25k+ miles on the $400 expedition!!

crossed 300k miles over the week on the way home from work 25k miles so far on the almost abandoned expy. I hope to get her up to 400k+ on the original engine and trans but the 5 speed swap I have seen done is something I would really like to do.

I'm pretty sure I've spent more than $400 on mine just keeping it running at almost half as many miles.

I am $2100 to $2400 into mine, the $400 purchase price included since 11/17/13
that's almost $100/month

what kinda mpg are ya getting with those 3:55 gears? I've got the 3.31 and am getting near 20 mpg to and from work, 40 miles 90% highway at 70mph.
looking to possibly do a 5 speed swap but also want a better rear end to get down the line a bit quicker when I need it.
